Terms of Service
The terms you agree to when you buy from or post on Stabalito.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one — for example if an item sold out between your checkout and our confirmation, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Standard shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to United States addresses only — checkout will not accept an address outside the US.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before charging you rather than either honouring an error or quietly cancelling.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out you also accept Stripe’s terms for that transaction. We charge when the order is placed.
The design contest
Anyone with an account can submit a design in the Studio. Submitting does not transfer ownership of your design to us.
If we select your design to produce, we will agree the prize with you in writing before production, and at that point you grant us the right to manufacture and sell it. The prize shown in the Studio is what we commit to for the current season.
We may decline any submission, and we may end or change a season’s contest — but not after a design has been selected.
What you post
You keep ownership of the photos, designs, and reviews you post. You give us permission to display them on Stabalito.
Post only what is yours to post. We remove content that is someone else’s work, that is abusive or harassing, or that is a fake review of a product the person did not buy.
Reviews on this site come from customers. We do not write reviews, we do not buy them, and we do not delete a review because it is negative.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend an account that is being used for fraud or abuse.
Liability
We stand behind the product: if it is faulty or not as described, you get a replacement or your money back. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item it concerns. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
