The policy
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene liner and tags still attached. For swimwear this is not a formality — we cannot resell a suit that has been worn, and we will not resell one that has.
How to start one
Email stabalito@stabalito.com with your order number and which item you are returning. We will reply with a prepaid return label.
Return shipping is free. You do not pay to send something back.
When you get your money
We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
The refund is the full price you paid. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing withheld.
Exchanges
For a different size, return the one you have and place a new order — that way you are not waiting on our warehouse to receive the first suit before the second ships. If the size you want sells out in the meantime, tell us and we will hold one.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or simply is not what you ordered, email stabalito@stabalito.com with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and the 30-day window does not apply to manufacturing faults.
