What Stabalito collects, why, and who else can see it.

What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and, if you set one, a display name. That is the whole account record — we do not ask for your date of birth, gender, or phone number.
When you place an order we store what you bought, the size, the amount, and the order status, so we can fulfil it and so you can see it in Your Orders.
That order record includes the name and email you enter at checkout, whether or not you have an account — we need them to send the order and to reach you about it.
When you contact us we store your name, your email if you give one, and your message, so we can reply.
When you submit a design, post to the community, or write a review, we store what you submitted along with your display name, because those are published to other customers by design.
What we never see
Card numbers. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. Your card details are given to Stripe, never to Stabalito, and they are never stored on our servers or in this app.
Who processes your data
Supabase hosts our database and handles account sign-in.
Stripe processes payments and holds the payment record.
Vercel serves the website.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Email
We email you about orders you have placed. If you join the waitlist for a colourway, we email you when it lands. We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email stabalito@stabalito.com from the address on the account and we will action it.
Deleting your account removes your account record, your community posts, and the order records we hold. We keep the minimum transaction record Stripe and tax rules require us to keep. The order list shown inside the app is stored on your own device — clearing the app’s data removes that copy.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
